After assessing your fitness goals and developing a personalized exercise program, Jessica will personally monitor your workouts, providing regular guidance and motivation in a one-on-one setting or with 2 people at a time.

Whole Body Fitness is led by Jessica Caton, a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience. She is a certified CHEK Exercise Coach, Level 1 CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and has also completed the Balanced Bites Master Class Practitioner Track and the Lymphatic Mojo Course. Jessica loves developing unique, comprehensive instruction for each of her clients in order to help them achieve and exceed their goals.
